Shipping

 Order Processing:

  • "In Stock" items are usually shipped in 1-3 business days. Delays may occur if there's a problem with payment validation.
  • Once an order ships, it is subjected to our return policy.
  • We only ship to United States (Domestic) and Canada (International).
  • Orders are shipped during business days, Mondays through Friday, excluding US Federal holidays.

Transit Time and Delivery: Order processing + Transit time = The time it takes for the order to arrive at your door.

  • Signature may be requested by the shipping carrier during delivery.
  • For orders over $100, we only ship to the billing address. Signature is required.
  • Return packages due to invalid address including refused packages will NOT be reshipped. A 15% restocking fee, including fees billed to us by the shipping carrier for return shipping will apply. Order's original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address.
  • We provide an estimated delivery date on product listing. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

United States (Domestic Shipping):

We provide the following shipping methods on orders shipped to United States' 50 States, P.O. Box addresses, APO/ FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories.

  • Standard Shipping (US) / Free Shipping (US)
  • USPS Priority Mail (US)
  • UPS Ground (Within US)
  • Flat Rate $14.95 (Within US)

Canada (International Shipping):

We provide the following shipping methods for orders shipped to Canada using USPS (United States Postal Service). Additional fees such as duties and taxes may apply. We only ship to the bill to name and billing address for orders to Canada. The purchaser (receiver) is responsible for paying for import fees and taxes to Canada Post when order is delivered.

United States (Domestic Shipping):

Standard Shipping (US):

  • Ship via USPS 1st Class, USPS Parcel, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, depending on total order value, order weight, item size, and destination. We will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Signature may be requested during delivery. Estimated delivery time frame is 2-7 business days. No guarantee delivery service for standard shipping .
  • Standard shipping is the only shipping method available for PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and Military.
  • Free shipping  - Current promotion as of 5/2/17, free shipping for orders over $100.

USPS Priority Mail (US): 

  • USPS, your shipping carrier of choice. USPS Priority Mail has an average delivery time frame of 2-3 business days, 4-5 days for peak season.

UPS Ground (Within US):

  • UPS, your shipping carrier of choice. UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days to deliver depending on destination. 
  • This is a fully traceable shipping method with automatic insurance. UPS shipping fee will cost more because, UPS now charges extra not only by weight but package size.

Flat Rate (Within US): 

  • Ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination. We will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address.
  • Available only to Continental U.S. only.
  • Cost only $14.95. Valid for only ONE shipment. Additional shipping fees apply for additional shipments. 

Lost and Damaged Shipments:

If your package arrives damaged or the content was damaged due to delivery, please contact us. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT until you contact us! If you received the package in person, did the shipping carrier note the damage? If you were not there to receive the package, did the shipping carrier leave a note or did they just left it outside your door? Please keep all packaging. Including the box used to ship the order, for at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS. For packages shipped by USPS please allow 21 days before filing claim for lost shipments.


Canada (International Shipping):

USPS Priority Mail (Canada):

  • Average delivery is 6-14 days, not including the time of custom clearance nor delivery.
  • Tracking and insurance included.
  • Tracking number is also traceable using Canada Post website.

Standard Shipping (Canada):

  • Ship via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. Average delivery is 6-14 days, not including the time of custom clearance nor delivery.
  • Tracking included.
  • Tracking number is also traceable using Canada Post website.

Priority Mail International is insured against loss, damage, or rifling. Indemnity will be paid by the U.S. Postal Service as provided in DMM S010 and S500. However, Priority Mail International and Priority Express Mail International are not insured against delay in delivery. Neither indemnity payments nor postage refunds will be made in the event of delay.

If you did not receive your order 24 days after the shipment tracking email was sent to you, please contact us immediately.

About Custom, Duties, and Administrative Fee:
Items imported from the United States to Canada maybe subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with Canada's laws.

Canadian customers may be subjected and are responsible to pay duties and taxes in accordance with their country's national law. In addition, there may be an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. We are unable to tell you the exact duties, taxes, or administrative fee you may be required to pay.

If your order is returned to us, because you did not pay the duties, taxes, or administrative fee imposed by your country, we will not reship your order until you pay the shipping fee needed to reship your order. No refunds will be issue for returned International packages.

Custom Seizures:
Package(s) maybe opened during custom inspection. Circle Red is not responsible for item(s) seized by customs. No refund will be issued if this occurred. Please check Canada Border Services Agency for import restrictions and laws before ordering!
