Shipping Information

Order Processing & Transit Time:

  • Order takes 1-3 business days to ship. We will do our best to ship ASAP!

  • Once an order ships, it is subjected to our return policy.

  • Order selected to ship by express shipping service can only be shipped to credit card billing address.

  • Shipping rate: Shipping rate is determined by item(s) weight and shipping zip code/ country. A small handling fee is also included.

  • Average delivery time: Time in transit once it leaves our warehouse.

  • Order processing + Transit time = The time it takes for the order to arrive at your door.

  • Example: UPS Ground - 2 days to process your order + 3 days in transit [depending on zip code] = 5 days. [Delivery excludes weekends and holidays for UPS].

    ***We reserve the right to change shipping carrier or shipping method when necessary.***

    ***For orders over $150, we will only ship to your Credit Card Billing Address. Please email us if there are any problems or if you wish to ship it to a different address such as a work address.***

    Sometimes delivery delay occurs. We do not control nor due we have authority over how shipping carriers operate. If your order ships with a guarantee arrival date such as USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day, and the order does not arrive within the shipping carrier's stated time frame, you will need to file a complaint against the carrier NOT US! We can assist you in your complaint, and possibly help you receive your shipping fee refund.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

We provide several shipping methods on orders shipped to United States' 50 States, P.O. Box addresses, APO/ FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories.

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped by USPS only. Delivery of International orders may be delayed due to custom inspection and delivery by destination country's postal service. International packages may be opened during custom inspection. Circle Red is not responsible for item(s) seized during custom inspection. No refund will be issued if this occurred. Please check your country's importation laws before ordering.

 


Domestic Shipping:

USPS Standard Shipping:
  • Ship via United States Postal Services. 
  • Delivery available Monday- Saturday. 
  • Orders ship via USPS Standard shipping may be ship by First Class Mail or Priority Mail. (Orders under 1lb will be shipped 1st class).
  • Electronic delivery confirmation - Provides the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. NO detail tracking available.
  • Signature required for orders $200 above.
  • The average delivery time for orders ship outside Continental U.S. maybe longer.
  • Shipping rate starts at $2.75
  • Oversize items will be unable to ship by USPS due to size restriction. 

First Class Mail - Average delivery is 3-4 days to most domestic destinations. Maybe used to ship lightweight items such as single purchase of DVD, comics, graphic novel, magazine, key chain, etc. Tracking is not available for this service and no delivery date available. Electronic delivery confirmation included.

Priority Mail - Average delivery is 1-3 days to most domestic destinations. Tracking is not available for this service and no delivery date available. Electronic delivery confirmation included.

About APO/FPO addresses:
Delivery time varies. According to USPS, MPSA (Military Postal Service Agency) officials have stated Priority parcels will take 10 to 15 days. Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints.

USPS Media Mail:

  • Ship via United States Postal Services. 
  • Delivery available Monday- Saturday. 
  • Electronic delivery confirmation - Provides the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.
  • Signature required for orders $200 above.
  • Average delivery is longer than USPS Standard shipping. 1-8+ days, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
  • The average delivery time for orders ship outside Continental U.S. maybe longer.
  • Rates starts at $2.39

USPS Media Mail is only available for comics, graphic novels/ manga, Music CDs, and DVD.  

WARNING: Media mail is very cheap, also very SLOW! SLOW as in it may take up to 3 weeks for within US. 4 -6 weeks for Hawaii and Alaska. 

If your order contains all other items and Media Mail is selected, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Insurance now available with the following service:

  • USPS Standard (1st Class or Priority with insurance included)
  • USPS Media w/ insurance.


USPS 1st Class, Priority Mail, and Media mail do not have a detailed tracking service available. We strongly recommend customers who prefer to have their orders shipped by USPS choose the shipping service with insurance.

Insured USPS packages will have either an "insured" stamp or a "PS Form 3813-P" label that looks like a small post-it-note with "USPS Insured Mail" in blue, under it a bar code.  

If  "insured" package(s) arrives damaged, rifled, or have missing items, please take the entire package(s) including the mailing container, the wrapping, and packaging, and any contents that were received, along with an estimate of repair cost to your local USPS office and proceed to file an insurance claim using Form 1000. 

If you did not receive your order, 14 days after the email order confirmation was sent to you, please notify us immediately. We will track down the package(s) for you. We may require you to send us a written statement, reporting that you did not receive the package(s) you've ordered. Please know that falsifying claims is a federal crime. 

If you did not receive your order and USPS delivery record indicated it was delivered, we may report it as mail theft to the postal inspector at your area. Your local postal inspector will contact you. Mail theft is a serious federal crime.

UPS GROUND:

  • Ship via United Parcel Services.
  • Service available only to Continental U.S. only.
  • UPS Ground packages are delivered anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Provides detail tracking, including a schedule delivery date.
  • Package(s) automatically insured.
  • Signature required for orders $200 above.
  • We may include other extra services offered by UPS to insure your order is safely delivered. These services are free of charge.

Delivery Restrictions:
UPS Ground shipping cannot be used for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box addresses, APO/ FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories (District of Columbia, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, & Virgin Island). Orders to these locations will be shipped via USPS.

If your package arrives damaged, or the content was damaged due to delivery, please contact UPS by calling 1-800- 742-5877 and contact us. A damage claim will be filled with UPS. Please note: An inspection by a UPS representative may be required.

If you did not receive your order on the schedule delivery date, please contact us.

Expedited Shipping

  • Ship via United States Postal Services or UPS.
  • Automatically insured to $100 against loss or damage.
  • Provides detail tracking.
  • Rate starts at $14.40.

If you did not receive your order, within 3 days after the shipping email confirmation was sent to you, please notify us immediately. We will track down the package(s) for you. We may require you to sent us a written statement, reporting that you did not receive the package(s) you've ordered. Please know that falsifying claims is a federal crime.

International Shipping: 

USPS Priority Mail International

  • Ship via United States Postal Services to selected countries.
  • The value declared on the custom form will be the cost of your order without the shipping rate.
  • Average delivery is 10-14 days, not including the time of custom clearance nor delivery by destination country's postal service.
  • Tracking and insurance included.

USPS Express Mail International

  • Ship via United States Postal Services to selected countries.
  • The value declared on the custom form will be the cost of your order without the shipping rate.
  • Average delivery is 3-5 days, not including the time of custom clearance nor delivery by destination country's postal service.
  • Tracking and insurance included

Priority Mail International and Express Mail International are insured against loss, damage, or rifling. Indemnity will be paid by the U.S. Postal Service as provided in DMM S010 and S500. However, Priority Mail International and Express Mail Internationall iare not insured against delay in delivery. Neither indemnity payments nor postage refunds will be made in the event of delay.

If you did not receive your order, 30 days after the email order confirmation was sent to you, please notify us immediately. We will track down the package(s) for you.

About Custom, Duties, & Administrative Fee:
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws.

International customers may be subjected and are responsible to pay duties and taxes in accordance with their country's national law. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. We are unable to tell you the exact duties, taxes, or administrative fee you may be required to pay.

If your order is returned to us, because you did not pay the duties, taxes, or administrative fee imposed by your country, we will not reship your order until you pay the shipping fee needed to reship your order. No refunds will be issue for returned International packages.

Custom Seizures:
Package(s) maybe opened during custom inspection. Circle Red is not responsible for item(s) seized by customs. No refund will be issued if this occurred. Please check with your country's importation laws before ordering!
