Our Standard Return Policy:
- You may return most unused/ unopened items within 14 days after
delivery for a refund.
- Shipping and handling charged
to your order is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- 15% restocking fee will
be applied to cover the expense of charging and refunding your payment.

Items
returned must be in the condition shipped. You are responsible for the return
shipping cost. We recommend customers to use postal services that can track and
provide insurance.
To return your item, please CONTACT US to
obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization number." Item(s) returned without a return
authorization number, have been opened/ used, or not in the original condition
sent, will not qualify for a refund. It will not be reship back to you, until
you pay for the shipping and handling fee needed to return the items back to
you.
When RMA # is
emailed to you, the email will include:
- The total
amount to be refunded when return is received.
- The
expiration date for the RMA#. So please return the item before the
expiration. POSTMARK on or before the expiration is accepted. RMA# will
expire in 10 days.
- The return
shipping address.

Returning Defective items:
Defective items are very rare. Sometimes
manufacturer will inform us if there is a problem with their
product. When that occurs we will definitely let our customers know and post any
information about the method of return/ exchange /refund offered by the
manufacturer.
Sometimes manufacturer will not
know about defective products until numerous complaints are filed. If your order
contains defective item(s) please report it as soon as possible (WITHIN 48 HOURS
AFTER DELIVERY) to qualify for a return or replacement of your item(s). Please CONTACT
US to obtain a "return authorization number." Defective items without a
return merchandise authorization number, will not qualify for a replacement or
refund and will NOT be reshipped.
Defective item(s) returned will be inspected. If
an item is found not
defective or damaged by you, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
So please check your item(s) carefully.
Please note:
ALL ITEMS that we received from the manufacturer are inspected. EVERY ITEM is
inspected. This is why we require 2-3 business days to ship out pre-orders. We
check the item's condition, including the item's packaging.
A defective item is NOT an item damaged during
transit. If your item is damage during transit please
report it as soon as possible (WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY). Please keep in mind, about 70% of the
packages we ship are fully insured. We may need you to write a written
statement, in order to file an insurance claim. Please keep all packaging
for at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Returning Items Damaged in
Transit:
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT until you contact us!
- If you received the package in person, did the
shipping carrier note the damage? If you were not there to receive the
package, did the shipping carrier leave a note or did they just left it
outside your door?
- Please keep all packaging. Including the box
used to ship the order, for at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
- Contact us
immediately, ASAP!
Returning Wrong Items
Received:
If you received the wrong
item(s), we will pay the return shipping and will ship the correct item(s) freight
free. Please note:
All orders are inspected by 2 staff members to insure quality and accuracy.
The weight and box used to pack the order is recorded. *** Images of the order
may also be taken.***
Items NOT Returnable:
We cannot accept returns for the following items/ reasons:
- Returns without "return
merchandise authorization number."
- Items opened, used, or not in the original condition sent.
- Items with factory plastic wrap opened or taken out of its factory plastic
wrap.
- Factory tag removed.
- Apparel, snacks, any merchandise that contains food items, and model kits cannot be returned.
- Comics, books, graphic novels, and magazines because you don't like its
content. Or don't like the taste of the snack.
- Items returned after 14 days after delivery.
- Item
you've used, mishandled, and broke days later.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a
different one, please contact us first for a RMA. We will provide you with
additional details in how to exchange your item.
Receiving Refunds:
After
we have received your return item(s), our return department will notify you by
email which will include the amount of refund.
