Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Circle Red. We only accept card payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, & Google Pay. Please DO NOT send us payments by mail. We only accept orders placed through our website. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to per person, per address, or per order. We reserve the right to cancel order if order does not past review process. 

Our order processing system is configured to only CHARGE ONCE PER ORDER and only CHARGE WHEN ORDER SHIPS. 

If you provide an invalid email address on the order form, sorry, your order will not be processed. Your payment will still be authorized.

Please note: if your order transaction failed, your payment will still be authorized for the total amount placed. Card authorization is not a charge. We are unable to reverse pending hold on funds for failed transactions. Card payment will decline if AVS, CVV, or billing name does not match card issuer.

Card payments: We accepts cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, & Diners. For the protection of card holders, we only process payments when the account name, billing address, billing phone number, and security code (CVV Code) are all confirmed correct and valid by the card issuing bank. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently only accepting payments via PAYPAL for Canada International orders. Sorry, all other payment types submitted will be canceled.

When an order is submitted, the total amount of purchase is immediately authorized. This is a common online retail industry practice. If the payment information is incorrect, you will NOT receive an order # and your card will still be authorized. Card authorization means the card issuer reserves the total amount purchased for us, the merchant, to charge. Reserved fund is held by the card issuer and typically released in 3-5 business days if the reserved amount is not charged. If you are using a debit card, the authorization may show up in your account as a "charge," instead of an authorization. For US pre-paid gift cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover, you will need to register the card with the card issuer prior to purchase. We are unable to accept cards from issuers that do not provide billing address (AVS) verification. Example: Your card issuer only requires registering your zip code. Sorry, we cannot accept this type of card. We only accept pre-paid gift cards issued by US based card issuers. We recommend that you use pre-paid gift cards through PayPal.

Currently, we accept International orders to Canada only. Orders to Canada must ship to the billing address. Receiver must also be the billing name on the card. Other International customers, if you use a freight forwarding company, your billing address must also match the US freight forwarding company's address. Circle Red is NOT responsible for damages and lost package caused by these companies. Customers need to make sure that these companies will provide insurance for lost or damage packages. International order limit is $200 including shipping fee.

Your card will be charged when the order ships.

As of 10/15/22, we only ship to billing address. Exception to this policy: PayPal payment is the only accepted payment if shipping to a different address.

PayPal: For orders using PayPal we require your PayPal membership to be verified and order must ship to a confirmed address. Sorry, your order will be canceled if the PayPal payment submitted shows that your membership status is unverified and shipping address is unconfirmed or does not match PayPal file.

When PayPal is used as the payment method, the pending PayPal payment is NOT charged, but in "pending status." Customers will receive a separate email from PayPal similar to the example below:

You submitted an order in the amount of $XXX USD to Circle Red. Thanks for using PayPal. Please note that this is not a charge. Your account will be charged when the merchant processes your payment. You may receive multiple emails as the merchant processes your order. Your funds will be transferred when the merchant processes your payment. Any money in your PayPal account at that time will be used before any other payment source. To see the full transaction details, log in to your PayPal account.

Your PayPal account may show 3 separate transaction details for a single order. First line of detail will show" payment to date" and total amount of completed payment. "Payment to date," is the date we charge the pending payment. The second line of transaction detail will show the "payment to date" and "funding source." Funding source can be a credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal fund. Third line of transaction detail will show the authorization date, and the "amount of authorization." The authorization date is the date the order is placed.

PayPal only allows us to charge ONE time and only the amount authorized. Therefore, we are unable to add items to an existing order.

PayPal payment will be charged when the order ships. Tracking number will also be updated on the PayPal payment.

Google Pay: Fast, simple, and secure way to pay by Google.

Apple Pay: You must use Safari browser, running on a compatible iOS device that is running iOS 10 or newer. Compatible devices include: iPhone 6, 6 Plus, SE or newer Apple Watch with iPhone 5 or newer iPad Air 2 or newer iPad Pro or newer iPad Mini 3 or newer Mac 2012 or newer. 

To pay from a desktop computer, you must use Safari on a Mac (2012 or later) running MacOS Sierra or newer be paired with an iPhone or Apple Watch compatible with Apple Pay signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID have Allow Payments on Mac enabled on their iPhone.
