Located at Los Angeles, California, Circle Red™ began its operation in the summer of 2003.

Circlered.com is not just a website to shop, but a website that celebrates the amazing artistic works that's out there.

We feel everything is important. Whether it's product selection, customer service, or safety concerns that parents may have on a particular product, we are always here to give answers and to help. We will continue to learn and improve ourselves so that we can find new ways to make our online store safer, more efficient, provide the best personable customer service, and be the "it" place to visit.

Trust is an important issue especially when it comes to online shopping. Customers are always concern if merchants will deliver the item(s) they've paid for or the item's authenticity and condition, when ordered via the Internet. At Circle Red rest assured that we take every order whether it's small or big with utmost care.

We want everyone to know that all the products we sell are licensed and 100% authentic. NO BOOTLEGS. We have gone through great lengths to inspect all our suppliers and affiliates. 

The measures we take to insure the products' authenticity:
1. Carefully check our suppliers and use multiple suppliers.
2. Research. Investigate what’s licensed and non-licensed products.
3. Seek the source of authentic products.

Before our official site launched, we started selling on ebay because we feel it's the best way to let people get to know us and at the same time learn and improve our service. We are happy to report, at the time of our official site's grand opening, we have over 750+ positive feedbacks. (As of May 6, 2008, we have 2,534 positive feedbacks, 0 negative feedbacks under our ebay id "Manji12blades."

Circle Red strongly believes that honesty, respect, and fairness are a must. Also, to "treat others the way you want to be treated."
