Product Safety & Grading

Product Safety: We only carry licensed products that meets the standards set by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. Most products we sell contain small parts and functional sharps points that are not suitable for children under 15 years old.

FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS REGARDING PROPOSITION 65: California's Proposition 65 entitles California consumers to special warnings for products that contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm if those products expose consumers to such chemicals above certain threshold levels. Prop. 65 does not ban any product; it simply requires warnings. On marked glasses, tumblers, and pitchers, California requires the following warning: The materials used as colored decorations on the exterior of this product contain lead and/or cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects and other reproductive harm.

Product Grading (Condition): We follow a grading system that will insure your order will be in the best condition possible. Although we have a strict quality control, please note we have no control over the shipping carrier handling of  packages. Please understand almost all products we sell are mass produced. We cannot we cannot guarantee "paint jobs" for figures and collectibles. "Paint jobs" problems are not considered manufacturer's defects.

THE GRADES:

C10 (MINT IN A MINT BOX):
This is impossible to find. This means that it has no flaws. Literally perfect. No manufacture defects, including the box’s color. Why is this difficult to find? People need to know that most toys are manufactured overseas (China – most popular), packaged in cardboard boxes without cushion or padding, and then thrown into freight ships. When the toys arrive in the US, they are thrown into freight trucks, shipped to the manufacture’s US centers, then to distribution centers, then possibly to us. Thus, during all these movements, there maybe unforeseen damages to the toy. As for reading materials, it is the same, even though most are produced domestically. Reading materials are mass produced, simply meant to be read, touched, and bend.

C10 (MINT):
Our rating starts here. No visible box crease. Item is unopened. Reading materials unread and have no dents. Box packaging are unopened. Product in this condition are still consider rare. 

C9-8 (NEAR MINT):
This is the realistic condition. Item is unopened. There's possibly small corner curls and small card curls. Slight scratch or small dent on window box. No tears. Why is this the realistic condition? All products are shipped and packed in cases. Meaning more than one to a box. For blister carded or window box products, they are packaged mostly in 4, 8, and 12+. Reading materials, packaged 24+ and sometimes as many as the box permits. When you take the manufacturer’s packing and product transition into consideration, realistically C-9 and C-8 are what your going to get. It’s simply the best condition possible. 

C7 (FINE):
Item is unopened. Visible curls. Small tears. Minor crease and dent. Products at this grade may be listed on our site for a discounted price. Ideal for people who don’t care about the item’s condition and looking for super deals. It will be clearly noted as "NOT MINT BOX."

C6 and below: 
Item is unopened. Major box crease and dent. Small tears. Will be sold at a terrific deal to good to pass. Ideal for people who don’t care about the item’s condition. It will be clearly noted as "NOT MINT BOX."


WHAT WE GUARANTEE:
· All products shipped to you will be C-8 and above and brand new (unopened) unless noted on the product’s description.
· All items are officially licensed.
· No price tag or security stickers will be placed on the product.
· Reading materials are unread and unused.

Please note: some manufactures do not have packaging at all, just a manufacture’s tag.

Action Figures and Toys:
Factory sealed. Blister carded packaging. Window box packaging. Display box. Package in plastic bags or just with a manufacture’s tag for plush toys. 

Apparels and accessories:
Apparels, most commonly come with just a manufacturer’s tag, but we will repackage in plastic bags. Same with some accessories, some factory sealed and some just with manufacture’s tag.

Books and magazines:
No manufacture packaging.

Comics:
No manufacture packaging. We will try hard in keeping it the best condition possible. All comics will be boarded, bagged, and shipped in carded box.

Graphic Novels:
No manufacture packaging. We will try hard in keeping it the best condition possible. Some comes with shrink-wrap because of parental advisory.

Figures and Collectibles:
Window box. Display box. Blister carded packaging.

Wall Scrolls:
Factory sealed in plastic.

Model Kits:
Box packaging.

DVDs and CDs:
Factory sealed. 

Snacks:
Factory sealed. Display box packaging.
