School daze…
Being a sophomore in high school can’t be easy, especially when you’re the object of every boy’s desire. That is the case for Sawachika Eri of the anime/manga series, School Rumble. Eri is half British and half Japanese. She comes from a wealthy family and is very popular with all the boys at her school. She is great friends with Tukamoto Tenma and has to deal with her weird infatuation for Karasumara Oji. Considering her flawless beauty, she has a hard time speaking Japanese and constantly pronounces words incorrectly. It’s too bad that with all her looks, she still can’t get the boy she likes, Harima Kenji, to notice her. He is too busy trying to get Tenma to like him!
